I read your post about being wise with support and how it can help people make better choices, and it really made me think about finding balance in school and life. One semester when I was overwhelmed with my schedule, I needed to take my online nursing class help so I could keep up with studies but still have time to rest. It reminded me that asking for help when you need it can make a big difference and keep stress from building up.
